These points and the energy lines (meridians) they run through are the same ones used in acupuncture and other healing modalities based upon Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupressure can be helpful for any number of physical or emotional complaints, and encompasses a number of different styles which can stimulate the meridians. These include more vigorous styles such as Shiatsu[1] and Tui Na,[2] or a gentler one such as Jin Shin acupressure.[3]
