Jenny’s EFT
I was trained and certified in basic and advanced EFT by Sonya Sophia Illig. I bring to the work an intrinsic knowledge of human behavior through my Bachelor in Psychology, Master in social work, and eighteen years of working on social as well as humanitarian and human rights issues in the United States and overseas. In addition, my acupressure and bodywork training have facilitated a deeper understanding of the points and the language of the body.
In most of my sessions, I incorporate simple movement to activate the energy flow, guided imagery to access the subconscious mind more easily, and inner child work (especially if dealing with a childhood trauma). My main goal is to support those I’m working with in their healing, and for them to learn to use the technique as a self-healing tool.

Private Session
Introductory Session: $40 for 75 minutes!
Subsequent sessions: $150 for three weekly 60 minute sessions, or $60 for individual 60 minute sessions.
