What is EFT good for?
The beauty of EFT is its simplicity. Anybody can do it, and it can help relieve a broad range of issues such as stress, post traumatic stress disorders, depression, anxiety, addictions, sleep disturbances, relationship issues, weight concerns/eating disorders etc. In fact, most practitioners say you can tap on anything. It is not, however, intended to replace medical advice/treatments.
Ultimately, the goal of EFT is as a self-help tool. Sometimes, however, guidance and support can be useful, and each practitioner brings his or her style to the work.
